  1. These are such excellent links, as ever, Elizabeth; thanks. And I like it that there are several this time on getting one’s writing started – getting it to flow. Sometimes it’s not that we don’t have good ideas. It’s that we need to get the proverbial juices flowing. Nice to have some ‘tricks of the trade’ for that.
