Thanks, as always, Elizabeth. I think the one that caught my eye most was the one about refreshing the news. I think it is important to know what’s going on. But I couldn’t agree more that it’s unproductive to be fixated on those events, so that we let anxiety and so on get the better of us. Tricky balance there…
So true. I think, right now, as much as we’d like to…no one really knows anything, for sure, yet. I like to keep up with the news every day, but I’m trying to make it just the newspaper in the morning and not hopping on feeds during the day. That seems to be helping my stress levels improve. :)
