Twitterific writing links are fed into the Writer’s Knowledge Base search engine (developed by writer and software engineer Mike Fleming) which has over 56,000 free articles on writing related topics. It’s the search engine for writers.

Have you visited the WKB lately?  Check out the new redesign where you can browse by category, and sign up for free writing articles, on topics you choose, delivered to your email inbox!  Sign up for the Hiveword newsletter here.

The Top Writing Links From Last Week Are On Twitterific: Share on X

  1. Did you see the IWSG Anthologies blog posts the past couple weeks? Everyone has been listing their favorite writing resources online. Some are new to me – lots to add to the IWSG site.

  2. Thanks, Elizabeth, for the great links. The one that caught my first today was the one about teaching students structure. There are so many ways for writers to be unique, even to ‘break the rules’ when it suits the story. But first, you have to know what those rules are, and how to use them. To me, it’s much like learning to play an instrument. First you learn the notes and fingering, etc.. Then you can create. And I believe there are ways to do this and still allow for students to find their own voices.
