Thanks, as always, Elizabeth, for these links. There are some really good ones this time on mindset and attitude that caught my attention. So much of writing is showing up – the discipline of actually doing the writing. In that way, it’s a lot like keeping physically fit. You have to start by showing up and doing those exercises, if that makes sense.
Very similar to developing an exercise habit, for sure!
