Thanks, Elizabeth, for bringing these links to us. I know it’s a lot of work. I especially noticed the ones on prewriting this time, and that planning can really be helpful. If you have ideas for names, plot points and so on, it’s so much easier to get into the ‘meat’ of a book. I have writer friends who are ‘pantsers,’ and I respect that a lot. But for me, I prefer at least some planning.
As the years go on, I do more and more planning! I’m up to a 35-page outline now. But it really can help the writing go quickly.
