Thanks, Elizabeth, for these links, as ever! Such an interesting variety of them this time, too. The one I noticed this time is the one about self-publishing/indie authors. It's interesting how that's becoming a more solid way to publish. It's got some real advantages, too, over trad publishing, although there's a great deal to be said for a trad publishing contract, too. But I think self-publishing is beginning to get more respect, if that makes sense.
Self-publishing is definitely a lot more respected. That may also have to do with the rise of indie filmmaking and indie music!
