LitLinks are fed into the Writer’s Knowledge Base search engine (developed by writer and software engineer Mike Fleming) which has over 70,000 free articles on writing related topics. It’s the search engine for writers. While you’re there, check out the Writer’s Digest award-winning Hiveword novel organizer.

Have you visited the WKB lately?  Check out the new redesign where you can browse by category, and sign up for free writing articles, on topics you choose, delivered to your email inbox!  Sign up for the Hiveword newsletter here. Follow the WKB on Facebook here.

Sorry about my absence last week and for the shorter edition this week! I managed to catch the flu and have been off-track a bit. :)

The Top Writing Links From Last Week Are On LitLinks: Share on X
    1. Sadly, January was pretty much a wash for me. I had the flu last week, and a stomach bug a couple of weeks before that. I’m telling myself I’m officially done with germs for the rest of the year, haha!

  1. Sorry to hear you've been sick, Elizabeth! I hope you're feeling better now. Thanks, as ever, for these links. I always find gold when I look through them. The one I'm thinking of is the one about hiring a professional designer. It makes me think of all the other myriad decisions an author has to make: how much should you DIY and how much is it worth paying someone to do? Tough questions when you're on a tight budet.

    1. I’m all mended now, thanks!

Yes, a professional designer is worth their weight in gold, for sure. There should be a designer for every budget. It may take a bit of research…usually writer groups on FB are a good resource.
