Thanks for the links, Elizabeth. There’s always such a nice variety of helpful ones! It’s interesting, too, that there’s one on writers and hip pain. It’s a real reminder that we need to take care of ourselves physically. It’s easy to forget that, but hydration, diet, exercise, mental health….it all matters.
As someone who *didn’t* particularly pay attention to what writing was doing to my body and ended up in PT a few years ago, I strongly agree, ha!
