There are so many good links here, Elizabeth! The ones I'm thinking about right now are the goal-setting posts and articles. Goals are so tricky, I think. In fact, I find I'm more successful when I set short-term goals, even tiny ones. That way, I'm making progress even the days where I don't feel I've been productive.
I like micro-goals, too! They work just as well as larger ones and seem less daunting. :)
