As always, Elizabeth, these are great links, and I appreciate the way you put them all together for us! There's so much to think about here. The one link that caught my eye is the one about building a reader fan base. Social media stars do that by having even one video go viral. But I think it's a lot harder for authors, because it takes time to create a quality book. I think one step, though, is to find out what sites or apps one's target readers use, and be there if it's possible.
Good point, Margot! Someone who writes YA will target different social media than someone who writes for older adults.
