LitLinks are fed into the Writer’s Knowledge Base search engine (developed by writer and software engineer Mike Fleming) which has over 70,000 free articles on writing related topics. It’s the search engine for writers. While you’re there, check out the Writer’s Digest award-winning Hiveword novel organizer.

  1. I always enjoy (and learn from) these links, Elizabeth. Thanks! I'm glad for the reminder of ways like author readings to get interest in one's work. The thing I've found about promo is that you don't always know exactly what readers will respond to, and to be honest, I'm not good at promo, and my funds are not infinite. So I have to choose carefully when it comes to promo. But readings (even vids of someone reading form their work) can be effective. And they're really inexpensive. I find people like that 'live' feeling of an author reading, too.
